Medical and social protection - requests and support in health insurance

In France, everyone has the right to health care and basic social protection. But in practice, especially for those who are new, do not speak the language, or are in a vulnerable situation, accessing these rights can be difficult.

The DS-CONSEILLE association helps you access health and social support systems, accompanying you step by step.

We help:

• Apply for health insurance:
• PUMA (primary protection)
• CSS (free or partially paid additional coverage)
• AME (medical assistance for undocumented persons)
• Open a personal account on the ameli.fr website and submit an application online
• Choose a doctor, understand the remboursements system
• Contact CPAM to get answers to your rights
• Submit a dossier to the MDPH – in case of disability, limited mobility, mental and chronic disorders

Apply for benefits and assistance:

• AAH (disability allowance)
