Social support for financial and family assistance

In France, the CAF (Caisse d'Allocations Familiales) plays a key role in social support: it pays benefits to families, low-income people, single parents and many others. But the application process is often difficult: unclear wording, website glitches, requests for additional documents.

DS-CONSEILLE is help and support at every stage. We will help you not to get lost in the system.

We provide support for filing applications for:

  • RSA (Revenue of Solidarity Active) – guaranteed minimum income
  • APL – Housing Assistance (including for students, families, low-income people)
  • Prime d'activité – a supplement for low-income workers
  • PAJE – assistance with the birth and upbringing of a child (Basic assistance, PreParE, complementary choice of childcare)
  • Allocations familiales – benefits for families, including large families
  • ASF – assistance to single parents in the absence of alimony

What we do:

  • We check your rights and calculate the approximate amount
  • We create and configure your CAF account
  • We help to collect and upload all the necessary documents
  • We write requests and provide support in case of refusals
  • We explain how to act in the event of an audit or request for a refund of overpayments
  • We help to process a request for regularization of alimony (pension alimentaire)

You are not alone in the bureaucratic system - we are here to understand, explain and achieve results.
